Gift boxes and gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. The stay or meal must take place during the validity period.

Gift cards and gift boxes are your sole responsibility. They are not nominative and may therefore be used by the person who holds them, for which we cannot be held responsible.
Only the purchaser may contact us at aide@teritoria.com to report the loss of a gift box or gift voucher. The purchaser must provide the number of the order concerned. With this information, we are able to find the associated gift reference and check that the gift card has not yet been used.
Teritoria gift boxes and gift vouchers are neither refundable nor exchangeable, in whole or in part, for cash or for other gift boxes or gift vouchers of a higher value, subject to payment of the difference in public price (except for the legal withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the gift boxes or gift vouchers, as indicated in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale).
