General Terms and Conditions of Sale by Vega Voyages

GIFT BOXES AND GIFT CARDS

These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between VEGA VOYAGES, a limited liability company with capital of €257,700.00, having its registered office at Bords de Seine 1 | 3 Esplanade du Foncet – 92441 Issy les Moulineaux, registered under no. 422 044 693 RCS Nanterre (‘VEGA VOYAGES’) and any person purchasing a vega voyages Gift Box or Gift Voucher (the ‘Customer’) intended to be used by themselves or by a third party (the ‘Beneficiary’).

They specify the conditions applicable to the sale and use of vega voyages Gift Boxes and Gift Vouchers.

Toute commande de Coffrets et/ou Chèques Cadeaux véga voyages, quelles qu’en soient les modalités, emporte acceptation pleine et entière des présentes Conditions Générales de Vente et d’Utilisation, ce que le Client reconnaît et accepte expressément. Le Client se porte fort du respect par le Bénéficiaire des dispositions des présentes Conditions Générales de Vente et d’Utilisation relatives notamment à l’utilisation des Coffrets Cadeaux vega voyages et des Chèques Cadeaux vega voyages.

Description of Gift Boxes and Gift Cards

VEGA VOYAGES is part of the MAJORIAN Group alongside VEGA GESTION, which runs a network of independent hotel and restaurant operators under the ‘vega voyages’ brand.

VEGA VOYAGES markets vega voyages Gift Boxes and vega voyages Gift Vouchers enabling their Beneficiaries to benefit from services provided by members of the vega voyages network, under the conditions described below.

Description of Vega Voyages Gift boxes

VEGA VOYAGES offers the operators of establishments which are members of the vega voyages network the opportunity to participate in offers of accommodation and catering services and activities linked to these services, grouped by theme, and intended to be supplied at a fixed price (the ‘vega voyages Gift Sets’).

The vega voyages Gift Packs enable the user to benefit, on a principal basis, from accommodation and/or catering services provided by establishments which are members of the vega voyages network participating in each offer (the ‘Participating Establishments’).

The vega voyages Gift Boxes are made up of a voucher identified by a unique 12-digit number (14 digits in the case of vega voyages Gift Boxes marketed before 25 September 2019), a detailed description of the services to be provided within the Participating Establishments concerned on the date of issue of the vega voyages Gift Boxes concerned, and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use. These elements are presented, at the Client’s choice, either on a physical medium sent by post (‘Physical vega voyages Gift Boxes’), or on a dematerialised medium sent by electronic mail (‘vega voyages E-Gift Boxes’).

The accommodation and/or catering services and, where applicable, the ancillary services intended to be provided by the Participating Establishments are described in detail, for each type of Gift Box offered, on the website accessible at https://www.teritoria.com/.

vega voyages Gift Boxes may only be used in the Participating Establishments concerned. VEGA VOYAGES may be obliged, for reasons beyond its control, to modify the list of Participating Establishments concerned. In this respect, it undertakes to ensure that the updated list of Participating Establishments concerned by each of its vega voyages Gift Certificate offers is available at all times on the Teritoria.com Site.

Description of Vega Voyages Gift Cards

VEGA VOYAGES issues vega voyages Gift Vouchers with a face value of 100, 150 and 200 euros, which can be used to pay for accommodation and catering services as well as activities related to these services provided by all member establishments of the vega voyages network, with the exception of those outside the euro zone (the ‘vega voyages Establishments’).

vega voyages Gift Vouchers are represented by a voucher identified by a unique 12-digit number (14 digits in the case of vega voyages Gift Vouchers marketed before 25 September 2019), specifying the face value concerned (100, 150 or 200 euros) and the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use. These elements are presented, at the Customer’s choice, either on a physical medium sent by post (‘Physical vega voyages Gift Vouchers’), or on a dematerialised medium sent by e-mail (‘vega voyages E-Gift Vouchers’). The list of vega voyages establishments appears on the paper guide enclosed with the physical vega voyages Gift Vouchers, as well as on the Teritoria.com website.

The accommodation and/or catering services and, where applicable, the activities linked to these services, provided by the vega travel establishments are described on the Teritoria.com website.

vega voyages Gift Vouchers can only be used in vega voyages establishments (with the exception of establishments located outside the euro zone), which are members of the vega voyages network on the day they are used by the Beneficiary.

How to order vega voyages Gift Boxes and vega voyages Gift Cards

Vega Travel Gift Boxes and Vega Travel Gift Vouchers can be ordered online via the Teritoria.com website in the area dedicated to Vega Travel Gift Boxes and Vega Travel Gift Vouchers.

Within the framework of each order, the Customer must specify in particular the type and number of vega travel Gift Boxes or vega travel Gift Vouchers chosen, their form (Physical vega travel Gift Boxes or E-gift boxes ; vega voyages Physical Gift Boxes or vega voyages E-Gift Vouchers), its full contact details, the delivery methods chosen, as well as the contact details and postal address to which the vega voyages Physical Gift Boxes or vega voyages Physical Gift Vouchers must be sent if these are different from those of the Customer.

The sale will only be definitive once the Customer has accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use and VEGA VOYAGES has received the full price corresponding to the order.

After validation of its order, VEGA VOYAGES will send the Customer a confirmation e-mail containing all the information relating to the order.

Prices for vega travel gift boxes and gift cards

The price of each vega voyages Gift Box indicated on the Teritoria.com Site is the price in force on the day of the order.

The price of each vega voyages Gift Certificate corresponds to the face value indicated on the Teritoria.com Site on the day of the order.

If the Client has chosen physical vega voyages Gift Boxes or physical vega voyages Gift Vouchers, distribution costs will be applied which include the cost of packaging (the physical case and the paper components) and delivery costs calculated according to the number of physical vega voyages Gift Boxes or physical vega voyages Gift Vouchers and the place of delivery, as expressly indicated on the Teritoria.com Site before the validation of the order.

If the Customer has chosen vega voyages E-Gift Boxes or vega voyages E-Gift Vouchers, no delivery costs will be applied.

In accordance with current regulations, the sums paid by the Customer for the purchase of vega voyages Gift Boxes and vega voyages Gift Vouchers are outside the scope of VAT. Delivery costs are subject to VAT at the current rate.

The vega voyages Gift Boxes and vega voyages Gift Vouchers as well as the delivery costs are payable in cash, in euros, when the order is placed: by the Client’s bank card (Carte Bleue, VISA, Eurocard/MasterCard, American Express, e-carte bleue, JCB, Diners). In this case, payment is made via a secure online payment system using SSL protocol and the 3D secure system, which requires the Customer to provide his/her payment card number and expiry date.

If the Customer does not have a bank card, they may pay for their order by cheque: they must then send details of their order (product, quantity, delivery method) to aide@Teritoria.com. Once Customer Services has confirmed by email the availability of the desired product(s) and the total amount of the charges to be paid, the Customer must send a bank cheque for the total amount of the order (including delivery charges), made payable to VEGA VOYAGES, to the following address as soon as possible: Service Marketing – Véga voyages – Bords de Seine 1 | 3 Esplanade du Foncet – 92441 ISSY LES MOULINEAUX CEDEX.

Once the cheque has been received, it must first be cashed by VEGA VOYAGES in order to check that it contains sufficient funds. Only then can the order be placed and the products sent to the Beneficiary.

Any fraudulent use of the Customer’s payment card is subject to the contractual provisions agreed between the Customer and the bank that issued the card.

The invoices corresponding to the vega voyages Gift Boxes and vega voyages Gift Vouchers ordered by the Customers are sent by email to the Customer within one (1) working day of the execution of their order.

Executing orders

Execution of orders for vega travel gift boxes and gift cards in physical format

Orders for vega voyages Physiques Gift Boxes and vega voyages Physiques Gift Vouchers are processed within 48 working hours as from the validation of the order by VEGA VOYAGES, confirmed by e-mail sent to the Customer.

The vega voyages Physiques Gift Boxes and the vega voyages Physiques Gift Vouchers are sent by post, according to the methods chosen by the Customer at the time of ordering (Colissimo Expert or Chronopost), to the person and to the delivery address, the details of which were expressly indicated by the Customer at the time of ordering.

VEGA VOYAGES will send the Customer, via its logistics subcontractor, an e-mail informing them of the dispatch of the vega voyages Physical Gift Boxes and vega voyages Physical Gift Vouchers ordered, specifying the tracking number of the carrier chosen by the Customer in the context of their order.

Delivery times are communicated by VEGA VOYAGES’ service providers as an indication as follows:

Delivery Colissimo Expert France :

Delivery time: 3 to 4 working days (72-96h) from dispatch (for mainland France). For deliveries outside mainland France, delivery times vary according to destination.

Chronopost delivery:

Delivery time: 1 to 2 working days (24-48h) from dispatch (for mainland France). For deliveries outside mainland France, delivery times vary according to destination. No deliveries are made on Saturdays.

Shipments are made as follows:

Monday to Thursday inclusive (excluding public holidays):

– orders placed before 10am: same day dispatch;

– orders placed after 10am: dispatch the following day;

Friday (excluding public holidays):

– orders placed before 10am: dispatched the same day;

– orders placed after 10am: dispatch the following Monday.

Any order placed on a Saturday or Sunday will automatically be considered as an order placed on Monday before 10am. Any order placed on a public holiday will be processed the following day (excluding weekends).

The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information communicated at the time of the order and in particular the contact details of the person and the delivery address of the physical vega voyages Gift Boxes and physical vega voyages Gift Vouchers ordered. VEGA VOYAGES may under no circumstances be held responsible for a return delivery due to an incomplete or erroneous address and the costs of re-shipment will be entirely at the Customer’s expense. If the recipient is absent and a delivery notice is left, VEGA VOYAGES may under no circumstances be held responsible for the deterioration of vega voyages Gift Boxes and vega voyages Gift Vouchers due to their late collection. Exceeding delivery times may under no circumstances give rise to damages and interest.

Fulfilment of E-Gift boxes orders

Vega Voyages Gifts and de E-Gift cards véga voyages

Orders for vega voyages E-Gift Boxes and vega voyages E-Gift Vouchers are processed when the order is validated by VEGA VOYAGES and confirmed by e-mail sent to the Customer.

The vega voyages E-Gift Boxes and vega voyages E-Gift Vouchers are sent by electronic mail to the Customer at the address expressly indicated by the Customer when placing the order.

Right of withdrawal

The Customer may exercise his/her right of withdrawal within a period of fourteen clear days from the date of receipt of the vega voyages Gift Boxes and vega voyages Gift Vouchers by him/her or the Beneficiary, without having to justify his/her reasons or pay any penalties.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer within the aforementioned period, using the form attached to this document (also accessible in electronic format at https://lescollectionneurs.typeform.com/to/YfrDFT) or by any other unambiguous statement expressing his/her wish to withdraw sent by post to : Service Marketing – Véga voyages – Bords de Seine 1 | 3 Esplanade du Foncet – 92441 ISSY LES MOULINEAUX CEDEX – France or by e-mail to aide@Teritoria.com.

If the exercise of the right of withdrawal concerns a physical vega voyages Gift Box or a physical vega voyages Gift Voucher, the Customer must return it to VEGA VOYAGES as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen days of communicating his decision to withdraw. The costs of returning vega voyages Physical Gift Boxes and vega voyages Physical Gift Vouchers will be borne by the Customer. All vega voyages Physical Gift Boxes and all vega voyages Physical Gift Vouchers returned by the Client must be in perfect condition.

If the exercise of the right of withdrawal concerns a vega voyages E-Gift Box or a vega voyages E-Gift Voucher, the Customer must provide VEGA VOYAGES with the following information within the aforementioned period: surname and first name; order number; number of the vega voyages Gift Box, number of the vega voyages Gift Voucher.

Any retraction carried out in accordance with the conditions of the present article will give rise to a reimbursement of all the sums paid, including the delivery costs corresponding to the standard cost, within a period of fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Customer informed VEGA VOYAGES of his decision to retract.

The refund will be made by the means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction.

In the event that the vega voyages Gift Box or the vega voyages Gift Voucher is used by the Customer or the Beneficiary before the expiry of the aforementioned withdrawal period, the latter is deemed to have expressly waived the right of withdrawal.

Terms and conditions of use of vega voyages gift packs and vouchers

Terms and conditions of use of vega voyages gift packs

Each vega voyages Gift Box is identified by a unique twelve-digit code (14 digits in the case of vega voyages Gift Boxes marketed before 25 September 2019) activated within 48 hours by VEGA VOYAGES when the Customer’s order is processed.

Since 25 September 2019, vega voyages Gift Boxes (or e-Gift Boxes) (new range) are valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase by VEGA VOYAGES.

Vega voyages Gift Boxes (or e-Gift Boxes) (old range marketed prior to 25 September 2019) are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase by VEGA VOYAGES.

In the event that a gift box (or e-card) or gift voucher (or e-voucher) is not used within the specified time, is lost, stolen or destroyed, neither the Customer nor the Beneficiary may claim any reimbursement, replacement, exchange or extension.

No extension of a gift box, e-gift box, gift voucher or e-gift voucher is possible.

In the case of Vega Physical Travel Gift Boxes, this date corresponds to the date of purchase by the Customer indicated on the order confirmation e-mail sent to the Customer.

In the case of vega voyages E-Gift Boxes, the period of validity is indicated on the documents sent to the Customer by e-mail.

The Participating Establishments concerned by each vega voyages Gift Box offer are obliged to provide all the services included in the package or, in the event of unavailability, equivalent services or services of an equivalent value.

Tourist taxes must be paid by the beneficiary to the establishment. For more information, visit https://www.service-public.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/F2048.

The Beneficiary can check at any time the period of validity of a vega voyages Gift Box (or e-Gift Box) on the Teritoria.com Site within the space dedicated to vega voyages Gift Boxes, by clicking on the button ‘Check the validity of a gift’.

The vega voyages Gift Boxes (or e-Gift Boxes) are not nominative and can be used by any person in possession of them. They are the sole responsibility of the bearer and no recourse is possible in the event of loss or theft.

vega voyages Gift Boxes (or e-Gift Boxes) are neither refundable nor exchangeable in whole or in part for cash or for other vega voyages Gift Boxes (or e-Gift Boxes).

Gift Boxes (or e-Gift Boxes) may be combined with each other and/or with vega voyages Gift Vouchers subject to prior acceptance by the establishment registering the reservation.

The vega voyages Gift Boxes (or e-Gift Boxes) cannot be split: they must be used in their entirety, in one go, within one and the same Participating Establishment or vega voyages Establishment.

Any service not included in the vega voyages Gift Box (or e-Gift Box) must be paid for by the Beneficiary at the Participating Establishment concerned in accordance with the terms and conditions of the latter.

Terms and conditions of use of vega voyages Gift Vouchers

Each vega voyages Gift Certificate is identified by a unique twelve-digit code (14 digits in the case of vega voyages Gift Boxes marketed before 25 September 2019), activated by VEGA VOYAGES when the Customer’s order is processed within a maximum period of 48 hours.

vega voyages Gift Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase by VEGA VOYAGES.

In the case of physical vega voyages Gift Vouchers, this date corresponds to the date of purchase by the Customer indicated on the e-mail sent to the Customer confirming the order.

In the case of vega voyages E-Gift Vouchers, the period of validity is indicated on the documents sent to the Customer by e-mail.

The Beneficiary can check at any time the period of validity of a vega voyages Gift Certificate (or e-Gift Certificate) on the Teritoria.com website in the area dedicated to vega voyages Gift Boxes and vega voyages Gift Certificates, by clicking on the button ‘Check the validity of a gift’.

vega voyages Gift Vouchers (or e-Gift Vouchers) are neither refundable nor exchangeable in whole or in part for cash or for vega voyages Gift Boxes (or e-Gift Boxes). Gift Vouchers (or e-Gift Vouchers) may be combined with each other and/or with vega voyages Gift Boxes (or e-Gift Boxes) subject to prior acceptance by the establishment registering the reservation.

vega voyages Gift Vouchers (or e-Gift Vouchers) can be accumulated together (use of several vega voyages Gift Vouchers or e-Gift Vouchers to pay for a stay or meal) – up to a maximum accumulated amount of 500 € – but cannot under any circumstances be used as part of a promotional offer or special operation.

vega voyages Gift Vouchers (or e-Gift Vouchers) cannot be split: they must be used in full, on a single occasion, within the same Participating Establishment or vega voyages Establishment.

In the event that the services provided by the vega voyages Establishment to the beneficiary of the vega voyages Gift Certificate (or e-Gift Certificate) reach an amount lower than the face value indicated on the vega voyages Gift Certificate (or e-Gift Certificate), the beneficiary and the client may not in any way claim reimbursement of the difference in any form whatsoever.

Booking of accommodation and/or catering services included in Collectors’ Gift Boxes (or e-Gift Boxes) or intended to be paid for by Gift Vouchers.

In order to benefit from the services included in a vega voyages Gift Box (or e-Gift Box), the Beneficiary must make a prior reservation, by telephone, directly with the Participating Establishment of his/her choice in accordance with the procedures described below.

The list of Participating Establishments concerned by each offer appears in each vega voyages Gift Box (or e-Box), subject to any changes that VEGA VOYAGES may be obliged to make. The updated list of Participating Establishments concerned by each vega voyages Gift Box (or e-Gift Box) offer appears on the Teritoria.com Site in the space dedicated to vega voyages Gift Boxes.

In order to use a vega voyages Gift Certificate to pay for accommodation or catering services, the Beneficiary must make a prior reservation by telephone, directly with the vega voyages Establishment of his/her choice according to the methods described below.

The list of vega voyages Establishments appears in the vega voyages paper guide in force on the day the vega voyages Gift Vouchers are purchased, subject to any changes that VEGA VOYAGES may be obliged to make. The current list of vega voyages establishments appears on the Teritoria.com website.

The Beneficiary may benefit from the services provided in the vega voyages Gift Boxes (or e-Gift Boxes) every day, weekdays and weekends, midday and/or evening, depending on the options described in the package and the days and opening hours of the Participating Establishments concerned, with the exception of 24, 25 and 31 December and 14 February.

Concerning the ‘ La nuit est à nous’ e-gift pack – off-season: this gift pack is only valid from Sunday to Thursday, with the exception of June, July, August, September, public holidays, 14 February and 24 / 25 / 31 December.

Establishments belonging to the vega voyages network are obliged to accept vega voyages Gift Vouchers (or e-Gift Vouchers) as a means of payment. Reservations cannot be made via online travel agencies such as Booking.com, Expedia.fr, Hotels.com, etc. Tourist taxes may not be included in the amount corresponding to the vega voyages Gift Certificate. In this case, they must be paid by the Beneficiary to the establishment.

The Beneficiary must communicate the following information to the Participating Establishment of his/her choice, for vega voyages Gift Boxes (or e-Gift Vouchers), or to the vega voyages Establishment of his/her choice, for vega voyages Gift Vouchers (or e-Gift Vouchers):

– Their full contact details and the e-mail address to which the booking confirmation should be sent;

– The thematic name of the vega voyages Gift Box (or e-Gift Box) concerned, if applicable;

– The identification number of the vega voyages Gift Box (or e-Gift Box) or Gift Voucher (or e-Gift Voucher) concerned (12-digit number if purchased from 25/09/2019 or 14-digit number if purchased before 25/09/2019);

– The dates required to benefit from the services included in the vega voyages Gift Box (or e-Gift Box) or to be paid for using a vega voyages Gift Certificate (or e-Gift Certificate).

VEGA VOYAGES draws the attention of Customers and Beneficiaries to the fact that certain periods are particularly popular with travellers, and it is therefore preferable to make your reservation as far in advance as possible. During these periods, availability at the Participating Establishments or at the véga voyages Establishments may be quickly exhausted.

The Beneficiary may modify his/her reservation in accordance with the conditions usually applied by the Participating Establishment or the vega voyages Establishment concerned directly with the latter. No modification derogating from the conditions usually applied by the Participating Establishment or the vega voyages Establishment concerned will be accepted.

In the event that the Beneficiary has not modified his/her reservation in accordance with the conditions usually applied by the Participating Establishment or the vega voyages Establishment concerned, in the event of non-appearance on the day and at the time specified at the time of reservation, he/she will no longer be entitled to benefit from the services included in the vega voyages Gift Box (or e-Gift Box) or to use the vega voyages Gift Certificate (or e-Gift Certificate) concerned.

The Beneficiary must, on arrival at the Participating Establishment or the vega voyages Establishment concerned, hand over to the latter, in the case of a physical vega voyages Gift Box or a physical vega voyages Gift Certificate, the original of the voucher representing the said Physical vega voyages Gift Box or a Physical vega voyages Gift Box, and in the case of a vega voyages E-Gift Box or a vega voyages E-Gift Voucher, a paper printout of the vega voyages E-Gift Box or vega voyages E-Gift Voucher.

The use of vega voyages Gift Boxes (or e-Gift Boxes) or vega voyages Gift Vouchers (or e-Gift Vouchers) to benefit from services provided by establishments which are members of the vega voyages network does not give rise to the granting to the Beneficiary or to the Customer of credits of any kind whatsoever under the vega voyages loyalty programme.

Claims – Guarantee

Claims

The Customer is obliged to communicate any non-conformity that he observes when using vega voyages Gift Boxes (or e-Gift Boxes) and vega voyages Gift Vouchers (or e-Gift Vouchers).

Any complaint concerning vega voyages Gift Boxes (or e-Gift Boxes) and vega voyages Gift Vouchers (or e-Gift Vouchers) may be made to VEGA VOYAGES, either in writing to the address Service Marketing – Véga voyages Bords de Seine 1 | 3 Esplanade du Foncet – 92441 ISSY LES MOULINEAUX CEDEX – France, or by e-mail to aide@Teritoria.com or by telephone on +33 1 72 72 92 02 (toll-free number, price of a local call) from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm, Saturday from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm, excluding public holidays.

With regard to any service included in the vega voyages Gift Boxes (or e-Gift Boxes) and which may be qualified as ‘travel services’ in the context of a trip, within the meaning of article L211-2 of the French Tourism Code, VEGA VOYAGES shall be fully liable in the event of a contractual breach in the execution of said services.

The photographs used to illustrate the vega voyages Gift Boxes (or e-Gift Boxes) and vega voyages Gift Vouchers (or e-Gift Vouchers) are not contractual and may be modified at any time by VEGA VOYAGES. They may come from members of the vega voyages network or from image banks.

Legal guarantee of conformity

The Customer benefits from a legal guarantee of conformity provided by the regulations in force, particularly in the event that the vega voyages Gift Boxes (or e-Gift Boxes) or the vega voyages Gift Vouchers (or e-Gift Vouchers) do not correspond to the description given by VEGA VOYAGES.

Defects in conformity which appear within a period of twenty-four months from the delivery of the vega voyages Gift Box (or e-Gift Box) or the vega voyages Gift Certificate (or e-Gift Certificate) are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise. The action resulting from the lack of conformity is prescribed by two years from the delivery of the vega voyages Gift Box (or e-Gift Box) or vega voyages Gift Certificate (or e-Gift Certificate).

In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer may request the replacement of the vega voyages Gift Box (or e-Gift Box) or the vega voyages Gift Certificate (or e-Gift Certificate). If the replacement of the vega voyages Gift Box (or e-Gift Box) or vega voyages Gift Certificate (or e-Gift Certificate) is impossible, the Client may return it and obtain reimbursement or keep the non-conforming vega voyages Gift Box (or e-Gift Box) or vega voyages Gift Certificate (or e-Gift Certificate) and request a price reduction to be determined on a case-by-case basis by mutual agreement between the Parties.

Hidden defects guarantee

The Customer benefits from the guarantee against hidden defects provided by articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.

In this respect, VEGA VOYAGES is bound by the guarantee in respect of hidden defects affecting any vega voyages Gift Box (or e-Gift Box) or any vega voyages Gift Certificate (or e-Gift Certificate), rendering it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which diminish this use to such an extent that the Customer would not have acquired it, or would only have paid a lesser price for it, if he had been aware of them. The legal guarantee covers all costs incurred by hidden defects. The defect must predate the sale and render the products unfit for their intended use.

The period for taking action is two years from the discovery of the defect.

Intellectual property

The brands and other distinctive signs as well as the elements reproduced on the vega voyages Gift Boxes, the vega voyages Gift Vouchers and on the Teritoria.com website, notably in the form of texts, photographs, images, icons, logos, are protected by intellectual property rights.

The Customer and the Beneficiary are informed that they may also submit a complaint to the European online dispute resolution platform accessible at the following URL address: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/

In the event that no agreement can be reached following their attempt to resolve the dispute amicably, the most diligent Party may refer the matter, free of charge, to the services of the Médiation du Tourisme et Voyages, BP 80 303 – 75823 Paris Cedex 17 www.mtv.travel.

If no amicable agreement can be reached, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court.
