1 / GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR THE GIFT SHOP
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between TERITORIA VOYAGES, a limited liability company with a share capital of €257,700.00, registered office at Bords de Seine 1 | 3 Esplanade du Foncet – 92441 Issy les Moulineaux, registered under number 422 044 693 RCS Nanterre (‘TERITORIA VOYAGES’), and any person acquiring a Gift Box or Gift Card (the ‘Customer‘) intended for use by themselves or a third party (the ‘Recipient‘).
They specify the conditions applicable to the sale and use of Gift Boxes and Gift Cards.
Any order for a Gift Box and Gift Card, regardless of the terms, implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, which the Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts. The Customer undertakes to ensure that the Recipient complies with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, particularly regarding the use of Gift Boxes and Gift Cards
1. Description of Gift Boxes and Gift Cards
TERITORIA VOYAGES is part of the MAJORIAN Group, alongside the company TERITORIA, which operates, under the ‘Teritoria’ brand, a network (the ‘Teritoria Network‘) of independent hotel and restaurant operators (the ‘Establishments‘).
TERITORIA VOYAGES markets Gift Boxes and Gift Cards, allowing their Recipients to enjoy services provided by the Establishments of the Teritoria Network, as described below.
1.1 Description of Gift Boxes
TERITORIA VOYAGES offers operators of Establishments within the Teritoria Network the opportunity to participate in offers of accommodation, dining, and related activities, grouped by themes and intended to be provided at a fixed price (the ‘Gift Boxes‘).
The Gift Boxes primarily entitle recipients to accommodation and/or dining services provided by the Establishments of the Teritoria Network participating in each offer (the ‘Participating Establishments‘).
Gift Boxes are materialized by a voucher identified by a unique 9-character number starting with NV followed by 7 digits and/or letters, a detailed description of the services to be provided at the Participating Establishments concerned on the date of issuance of the relevant Gift Boxes, and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use. These elements are presented, at the choice of the Customer, either on a physical support sent by postal mail (‘Physical Gift Boxes‘) or on a dematerialized support sent by email (‘E-Gift Boxes‘).
Accommodation and/or dining services, as well as any ancillary services to be provided by the Participating Establishments, are precisely described for each type of Gift Box offered on the website accessible at https://www.teritoria.com (the ‘Teritoria.com Website‘).
Gift Boxes can only be used at the Participating Establishments concerned. TERITORIA VOYAGES may be compelled, for reasons beyond its control, to modify the list of Participating Establishments. In this regard, it undertakes to ensure that the up-to-date list of Participating Establishments for each of its Gift Box offers is always available on the Teritoria.com Website.
1.2 Description of Gift Card
TERITORIA VOYAGES issues cards representing a purchase value determined by the Customer (a minimum of 100 euros), which can be used in one or more transactions and at one or more Establishments to pay for accommodation and dining services provided by all Establishments within the Teritoria Network, except for those outside the eurozone (the ‘Gift Cards‘).
Gift Cards are materialized by a voucher identified by a unique 10-character number starting with NGC followed by 7 digits and/or letters, specifying the relevant face value and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use. These elements are presented, at the choice of the Customer, either on a physical support sent by postal mail (‘Physical Gift Cards‘) or on a dematerialized support sent by email (‘E-Gift Cards‘).
The list of Establishments within the Teritoria Network is available on the Teritoria.com website. Accommodation and/or dining services provided by the Establishments are described on the Teritoria.com website.
Gift Cards can only be used at Establishments (excluding establishments located outside the eurozone) within the Teritoria Network on the day of their use by the Recipient.
2. Ordering Terms for Gift Boxes and Gift Cards
Gift Boxes and Gift Cards can be ordered online through the Teritoria.com website within the ‘gift shop’ section.
During each order, the Customer must specify details such as the type and quantity of Gift Boxes or Gift Cards (including the preloaded amount for the latter), their format (Physical Gift Boxes or E-Gift Boxes, Physical Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards), complete contact information, chosen delivery method, as well as the recipient’s contact details and postal address if different from the Customer’s.
The sale will only be finalized after the Customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use and the full payment for the order is received through the online payment solution implemented on the Site.
After the order is validated, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant information about the order.
3. Price of Gift Boxes and Gift Cards
The price of each Gift Box listed on the Teritoria.com website is the price in effect on the day of the order.
The price of each Gift Card corresponds to the face value chosen by the Customer (starting from €100) during the order.
If the Customer has chosen Physical Gift Boxes or Physical Gift Cards, distribution fees (including delivery costs) will apply, calculated based on the number of Physical Gift Boxes and/or Physical Gift Cards and the delivery location, as expressly indicated on the Teritoria.com website before the order is validated.
If the Customer has chosen E-Gift Boxes or E-Gift Cards, no delivery fees will be applied.
In accordance with current regulations, amounts paid by the Customer for the purchase of Gift Boxes and Gift Cards are outside the scope of VAT. Delivery fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
Gift Boxes and Gift Cards, as well as delivery fees, are payable in euros at the time of the order: by the Customer’s credit card (Carte Bleue, VISA, Eurocard/MasterCard, American Express, e-carte bleue classique). In this case, payment is made through a secure online payment system using the SSL protocol and the 3D secure system, requiring the Customer to provide their credit card number and expiration date.
If the Customer does not have a credit card, they have the option to pay by bank check or bank transfer: they must send the order details (product, quantity, delivery method) to aide@teritoria.com. Once the Customer Service has confirmed the availability of the desired product(s) and the total amount of fees to be paid by email, the Customer must promptly send a bank check for the total amount of the order (including shipping costs), payable to TERITORIA VOYAGES, to the following address: Marketing Service – Teritoria – Bords de Seine 1 | 3 Esplanade du Foncet – 92441 ISSY LES MOULINEAUX CEDEX or make the bank transfer to the account details provided by TERITORIA VOYAGES.
Upon receipt, the check or bank transfer must first be cleared by TERITORIA VOYAGES to verify its availability. Only then can the order be processed, and the products sent to the Recipient.
Any fraudulent use of the Customer’s credit card falls under the contractual provisions agreed between the Customer and the issuing bank.
Invoices for Gift Boxes and Gift Cards ordered by Customers are sent by email to the Customer within one (1) working day after the execution of their order.
4. Order Fulfillment
4.1 Execution of Physical Gift Box and Physical Gift Card Orders
Orders for Physical Gift Boxes and Physical Gift Cards are processed within 48 working hours from the validation of the order, confirmed by an email sent to the Customer.
Physical Gift Boxes and Physical Gift Cards are sent by postal mail, according to the preferences selected by the Customer during the order (Tracked Letter or Chronopost), to the individual and delivery address explicitly provided by the Customer during the order.
TERITORIA VOYAGES will send the Customer an email through its logistics subcontractor, informing them of the dispatch of the ordered Physical Gift Boxes and Physical Gift Cards, specifying the tracking number of the carrier chosen by the Customer during the order.
Delivery times are provided by TERITORIA VOYAGES’ service providers as follows:
Tracked Letter Delivery: Approximately 2 to 3 working days from dispatch (for metropolitan France). For deliveries outside metropolitan France, delivery times vary depending on the destinations.
Chronopost Delivery: Delivery time of 1 to 2 working days (24-48 hours) from dispatch (for metropolitan France). For deliveries outside metropolitan France, delivery times vary depending on the destinations. No deliveries are made on Saturdays.
Shipments are processed as follows:
Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays):
- Order placed before 10 am: Same-day dispatch;
- Order placed after 10 am: Dispatch the following day;
Friday (excluding holidays):
- Order placed before 10 am: Same-day dispatch;
- Order placed after 10 am: Dispatch on the following Monday.
Any order placed on a Saturday or Sunday will automatically be considered as an order placed on Monday before 10 am. Any order placed on a holiday will be processed the next working day (excluding weekends).
The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the order, including the recipient’s details and the delivery address for the ordered Physical Gift Boxes and Physical Gift Cards. TERITORIA VOYAGES cannot be held responsible for delivery returns due to an incomplete or incorrect address, and the re-shipping costs will be entirely borne by the Customer. In case of the recipient’s absence and the issuance of a delivery notice, TERITORIA VOYAGES cannot be held responsible for any damage to the Gift Boxes and Gift Cards due to their late retrieval. Delivery delays do not entitle the Customer to any compensation.
4.2 Execution of E-Gift Box and E-Gift Card Orders
Orders for E-Gift Boxes and E-Gift Cards are processed upon validation of the order confirmed by an email sent to the Customer.
E-Gift Boxes and E-Gift Cards are sent via email to the Customer at the email address expressly provided by the Customer during the order.
5. Right of withdrawal
The Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within fourteen clear days from the date of receiving the Gift Boxes and Gift Cards by themselves or the Recipient, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer within the aforementioned period, using the form attached to this document or any other unambiguous statement expressing their intention to withdraw, sent by postal mail to: Marketing Service – Teritoria – Bords de Seine 1 | 3 Esplanade du Foncet – 92441 ISSY LES MOULINEAUX CEDEX – France or by email to aide@teritoria.com.
If the exercise of the right of withdrawal concerns a Physical Gift Box or a Physical Gift Card, the Customer must return it to TERITORIA VOYAGES promptly and no later than fourteen days following the communication of their decision to withdraw. The costs of returning Physical Gift Boxes and Physical Gift Cards will be borne by the Customer. Any Physical Gift Box or Physical Gift Card returned by the Customer must be in perfect condition.
If the exercise of the right of withdrawal concerns an E-Gift Box or an E-Gift Card, the Customer must provide the following information to TERITORIA VOYAGES within the aforementioned period: name and surname; order number; Gift Box number; Gift Card number.
Any withdrawal made in accordance with the conditions of this article will result in a refund of the total amounts paid, including standard delivery costs, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Customer informed TERITORIA VOYAGES of their decision to withdraw.
The refund will be made through the payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction.
In the event that the Gift Box or Gift Card is used by the Customer or the Recipient before the expiration of the aforementioned withdrawal period, they are deemed to have expressly waived the right of withdrawal.
6. Conditions of Use for Gift Boxes and Gift Cards
Validity Period of Gift Boxes and Gift Cards
Each Gift Box and Gift Card is identified by a unique code activated by TERITORIA VOYAGES within 48 hours from the date of purchase by the Customer.
Gift Boxes and Gift Cards are valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase by the Customer (the “Validity Period“).
Regarding Gift Boxes and Gift Cards purchased through corporate orders and CSE, and not placed through the website, please contact TERITORIA VOYAGE to determine the purchase date at the following address: commercial@teritoria.com.
The Recipient can, in any case, check the Validity Period of a Gift Box or Gift Card at any time by visiting the Teritoria.com website within the space dedicated to the Gift Shop, entering the reference of their Gift Box or Gift Card in the designated field.
In case of non-use of a Gift Box or Gift Card during the Validity Period for any reason, neither the Customer nor the Recipient can claim any refund, replacement, exchange, or extension unless opting for the “extension” option as outlined below.
Extension Option
The Recipient has the option, up to (1) one month before or at the latest (1) one month after the end of the Validity Period, to extend the validity of any Gift Box or Gift Card they own (“Extension Option”) in exchange for a payment of 40 euros.
The Extension Option can be subscribed to only once by the Recipient:
- directly from their customer account with extension fees (see details below).
The extension period is (6) six months from the end of the Validity Period (the “Extension Period“).
At the end of the Extension Period, Gift Boxes and Gift Cards will be permanently unusable.
Conditions of Use for Gift Boxes
The Participating Establishments involved in each Gift Box offer are obliged to provide all services included in the package, or in case of unavailability, equivalent services or an equivalent amount.

Gift Boxes are not nominative and can be used by anyone in possession. They are entirely the responsibility of the holder with no recourse in case of loss or theft.
Gift Boxes are neither refundable nor exchangeable in whole or in part for cash, other Gift Boxes, or Gift Cards.
Gift Boxes may be cumulated with each other and/or with Gift Cards, subject to prior acceptance by the concerned Establishment.
Gift Boxes are not divisible: they must be used in full, at once, within a single Participating Establishment.
Any service not included in the Gift Box must be paid by the Recipient to the Participating Establishment according to its conditions.
Conditions of Use for Gift Cards
Gift Cards are not nominative and can be used by anyone in possession. They are entirely the responsibility of the holder with no recourse in case of loss or theft.
Gift Cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable in whole or in part for cash or Gift Boxes.
Gift Cards can be combined to pay for a stay or meal – up to a cumulative amount of €500 maximum – but cannot be used as part of a promotional offer or special promotion.
Gift Cards can be used in one or more transactions within one or more Establishments.
In the event that the services provided by the Establishment to the Recipient of the Gift Card amount to less than the face value indicated on the Gift Card, the Recipient and the Customer cannot in any way claim a refund of the difference in any form.
7. Reservation of Accommodation and/or Catering Services Included in Gift Boxes or to be Paid with Gift Card
To benefit from services included in a Gift Box, the Recipient must make a prior reservation by phone directly with the Participating Establishment of their choice, following the procedures described below.
The list of Participating Establishments for each offer is available via a QR Code inserted in each Gift Box, subject to any modifications TERITORIA VOYAGES may have been obliged to make. The up-to-date list of Participating Establishments for each Gift Box offer is on the Teritoria.com website within the section dedicated to Gift Boxes.
To use a Gift Card for payment of accommodation or catering services, the Recipient must make a prior reservation by phone directly with the chosen Establishment following the procedures described below.
The list of Establishments is available on the Teritoria.com website.
The Recipient can enjoy the services provided in Gift Boxes every day, weekdays and weekends, for lunch and/or dinner, depending on the options described in the package and the days and opening hours of the Participating Establishments, except for January 1st, February 14th, December 24th, 25th, and 31st, and dates corresponding to specific local events.
Gift Boxes are valid every day of the week, including weekends (except specific weekday Gift Boxes), subject to availability. The Participating Establishment may refuse a reservation when the quota of availability specifically allocated to Gift Boxes for that period is reached, even if it otherwise has availability. During peak seasons and highly demanded dates, some Establishments may also require a minimum number of nights for reservations.
Establishments within the Teritoria Network are required to accept Gift Cards as a means of payment. Reservations cannot be made through online travel agencies such as Booking.com, Expedia.fr, Hotels.com, etc.
Tourist taxes are not included in Gift Boxes and must be paid by the Recipient to the Establishment. Payment of tourist taxes cannot be made through a Gift Card.
The Recipient must provide the chosen Establishment with the following information:
- Complete contact details and the email address to which the reservation confirmation should be sent;
- The thematic name of the Gift Box or Gift Card concerned, if applicable;
- The identification number of the Gift Box or Gift Card concerned;
- The desired dates to benefit from the services included in the Gift Box or to be paid through a Gift Card.
TERITORIA VOYAGES draws the attention of Customers and Recipients to the fact that some periods are particularly popular among travelers, so it is advisable to anticipate reservations as much as possible. During these periods, availability at Participating Establishments or Establishments may be quickly depleted.
The Recipient can modify their reservation according to the conditions usually practiced by the Participating Establishment or the relevant Establishment directly with them. No modification deviating from the conditions usually practiced by the Participating Establishment or the relevant Establishment will be accepted.
In the event that the Recipient has not modified their reservation – according to the conditions usually practiced by the Participating Establishment or the relevant Establishment – in case of non-presentation on the scheduled days and times of the reservation, they can no longer claim to benefit from the services included in the Gift Box or use the concerned Gift Card.
Any request for modification or cancellation without charge of a stay or meal reserved through a Gift Box or Gift Card must be made in writing by email directly to the establishment.
Upon arrival at the Participating Establishment or the relevant Establishment, the Recipient must present the original voucher, in the case of a Physical Gift Box or Physical Gift Card, and in the case of an E-Gift Box or E-Gift Card, a printed copy on paper.
The use of Gift Boxes or Gift Cards to benefit from services provided by Establishments within the Teritoria Network does not entitle the Recipient or the Customer to any credits under the Teritoria loyalty program.
8. Claims – Warranty
8.1 Claims
The Customer is obligated to report any non-compliance observed during the use of Gift Boxes or Gift Cards.
Any claim regarding Gift Boxes and Gift Cards can be made to TERITORIA VOYAGES, either in writing to the address: Service Marketing – Teritoria Bords de Seine 1 | 3 Esplanade du Foncet – 92441 ISSY LES MOULINEAUX CEDEX – France, or by email to: aide@teritoria.com, or by phone at +33 1 78 94 78 39 (non-premium rate, local call cost) from Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm, excluding public holidays.
Regarding any service included in Gift Boxes that may qualify as “travel services” in the context of a trip, as defined in Article L211-2 of the Tourism Code, TERITORIA VOYAGES will be automatically liable in case of a contractual breach in the execution of these services.
Photographs used to illustrate Gift Boxes and Gift Cards are not contractual and may be modified at any time by TERITORIA VOYAGES. They may come from establishments or image banks.
8.2 Legal Conformity Warranty
The Customer benefits from a legal conformity warranty provided by current regulations (particularly Articles L. 217-4 to L. 217-13 of the French Consumer Code), especially if Gift Boxes or Gift Cards do not correspond to the description given by TERITORIA VOYAGES.
Defects of conformity that appear within twenty-four months from the issuance of the Gift Box or Gift Card are presumed to exist at the time of issuance, unless proven otherwise. The action resulting from a conformity defect is prescribed after two years from the issuance of the Gift Box or Gift Card.
In case of a conformity defect, the Customer can request the replacement of the Gift Box or Gift Card. If the replacement of the Gift Box or Gift Card is impossible, the Customer can return it and obtain a refund or keep the non-compliant Gift Box or Gift Card and request a price reduction, to be determined case by case by mutual agreement between the Parties.
8.3 Hidden Defects Warranty
The Customer benefits from the warranty for hidden defects provided by Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, the text of which is at the end of these General Terms and Conditions.
In this regard, TERITORIA VOYAGES is bound by the warranty for hidden defects affecting any Gift Box or Gift Card, making it unsuitable for its intended use, or which so diminishes this use that the Customer would not have acquired it or would have given it a lower price if they had known. The legal warranty covers all costs resulting from hidden defects. The defect must precede the sale and make the products unfit for their intended use.
In this case, the Customer can either return the Gift Box or Gift Card and receive a refund or keep the Gift Box or Gift Card and receive a partial refund. The deadline for action is two years from the discovery of the defect.
9. Intellectual Property
Trademarks and other distinctive signs as well as elements reproduced on Gift Boxes, Gift Cards, and on the Teritoria.com website, including texts, photographs, images, icons, logos, are protected by intellectual property rights.
Any use, reproduction, representation, adaptation of these elements by any means, without the express authorization of the holder of the related intellectual property rights may lead to legal proceedings before the competent courts.
10. Privacy Policy
In the context of the marketing and use of Gift Boxes and Gift Cards, TERITORIA VOYAGES may collect personal data concerning the Customer, and where applicable, the Recipient either directly, notably through the Teritoria.com website, or indirectly, through the Establishments.

11. Dispute
Any order for Gift Boxes and Gift Cards is subject to French law.
In case of a dispute, the Parties undertake, before any legal action, to seek together, in good faith, an amicable solution. Any claim will, therefore, be first submitted in writing to TERITORIA VOYAGES at the following coordinates:

The Customer and the Recipient are informed that they can also file a complaint with the European online dispute resolution platform at the following URL: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/
In the event that no agreement could be reached following their attempt at amicable dispute resolution, then the most diligent Party may, at no cost, refer the matter to the services of the Tourism and Travel Mediation, BP 80 303 – 75823 Paris Cedex 17 www.mtv.travel.
If no amicable agreement could be reached, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court.

Article 1641 of the French Civil Code:
The seller is bound by a warranty for hidden defects in the sold item that make it unfit for the use for which it is intended or that so diminish this use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have given it a lower price, if they had known about them.
Article 1642 of the French Civil Code:
The seller is not bound by apparent defects that the buyer could have noticed themselves.
Article 1643 of the French Civil Code:
They are bound by hidden defects, even if they were not aware of them, unless, in this case, they have stipulated that they will not be obliged to provide any warranty.
Article 1644 of the French Civil Code:
In the case of Articles 1641 and 1643, the buyer has the choice of returning the item and having the price refunded or keeping the item and receiving a partial refund.
Article 1645 of the French Civil Code:
If the seller knew of the defects in the item, they are required, in addition to refunding the price received, to pay damages to the buyer.
Article 1646 of the French Civil Code:
If the seller was unaware of the defects in the item, they are only obligated to refund the price and reimburse the buyer for the expenses incurred by the sale.
Article 1647 of the French Civil Code:
If the item with defects has perished due to its poor quality, the loss is borne by the seller, who is obliged to refund the price and provide other compensation explained in the two previous articles. However, the loss occurring by a fortuitous event will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Article 1648 of the French Civil Code:
The action resulting from latent defects must be brought by the buyer within two years from the discovery of the defect. In the case provided for in Article 1642-1, the action must be brought, under penalty of foreclosure, within the year following the date on which the seller can be relieved of apparent defects or non-conformities.

These general conditions govern the relationship between TERITORIA VOYAGES, a limited liability company with a share capital of €257,700, headquartered at Bords de Seine 1 – 3, Esplanade du Foncet – 92441 Issy-les-Moulineaux cedex, registered under number 422 044 693 RCS Nanterre (“TERITORIA”), and any person holding a customer account opened on the website www.teritoria.com, wishing to benefit from the Teritoria Loyalty Program as defined below (“Teritoria Customer”).
TERITORIA VOYAGES has created and operates, under the brand “TERITORIA,” a network (the “Teritoria Network”) composed of independent hotels and restaurants (the “Establishments”), selected for the quality of the services they offer. TERITORIA VOYAGES has implemented within the Teritoria Network a loyalty program allowing Teritoria Customers to enjoy certain benefits during their visits to the Establishments (the “Teritoria Loyalty Program”).
Any use of the Teritoria Loyalty Program implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms of Use, which the Teritoria Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts. TERITORIA VOYAGES reserves the right to modify these General Terms of Use at any time, by posting the changes on the website www.teritoria.com, subject to reasonable notice.
1. Purpose of the Teritoria Loyalty Program
The Teritoria Loyalty Program aims to allow Teritoria Customers to:
- Accumulate points with a value expressed in euros when paying for accommodation and/or catering services within an Establishment member of the Teritoria Network (hereinafter “Credits”);
- Benefit from accommodation and/or catering services within Establishments that are members of the Teritoria Network, up to the value of the accumulated Credits.
The benefits provided under the Teritoria Loyalty Program exclusively apply to Establishments that are members of the Teritoria Network on the day the Credits are acquired, located in the eurozone.
The benefits provided under the Teritoria Loyalty Program only apply to reservations made directly with the Establishment that is a member of the Teritoria Network, either by phone, through its website, or through the website www.teritoria.com. These benefits do not apply to reservations made through any physical or online intermediary (including OTAs, agents, tour operators, or any other distribution channel other than teritoria.com).
The Teritoria Loyalty Program also aims to allow Teritoria Customers to access an online community space consisting of a place for exchange and sharing between Teritoria Customers and TERITORIA VOYAGES (hereinafter the “Community Space”).
2. Benefits of the Teritoria Loyalty Program
The Teritoria Loyalty Program is open to any adult who holds a customer account opened on the website www.teritoria.com (“Customer Account”). Opening a Customer Account requires the Teritoria Customer to provide their contact details (name, first name, postal address, email, phone number, the data necessary for the consideration of their membership will be preceded by an asterisk), and a password.
Upon opening their Customer Account, the Teritoria Customer is assigned a unique identifier presented in the form of a QR code and a unique number (hereinafter the “Loyalty Identifier”), which they can store in the Wallet of their smartphone. The Loyalty Identifier is communicated to the Teritoria Customer by email upon opening their Customer Account and is available in the “Loyalty Program” section accessible through their Customer Account.
“The Teritoria Customer can also join the Loyalty Program by making a direct request to the staff of an Establishment when paying for accommodation and/or catering services provided by the Establishment. The Establishment then creates the Customer Account, and the Teritoria Customer receives confirmation of the creation of their Customer Account and their Loyalty Identifier by email. The Teritoria Customer can immediately use their Loyalty Identifier to accumulate Credits related to the amount of services paid to the concerned Establishment (2% of the gross amount paid for the first use of the Loyalty Identifier by the Teritoria Customer).”
The Loyalty Identifier is strictly personal and cannot be sold or lent. The conservation and use of the Loyalty Identifier are the sole and entire responsibility of the Teritoria Customer; any use of the Teritoria Customer’s Loyalty Identifier will be deemed to have been made by the Teritoria Customer under their sole responsibility.
The Teritoria Loyalty Program is reserved for personal use and not for professional use.
3. Premium Membership
The Teritoria Customer can benefit from additional advantages within the Teritoria Loyalty Program described in Article 5 below, in exchange for an annual fee of €69 including VAT (“Premium Membership”).
Premium Membership can be obtained at any time on the website www.teritoria.com through the form provided, and is subject to the acceptance of these General Terms of Use.
The membership fee for the first year and each year on the anniversary date of Premium Membership is paid by the Teritoria Customer through the online payment system accessible on the website www.teritoria.com. Payment is made by credit card (Carte Bleue, VISA) through a secure online payment system using SSL protocol and 3D secure device, requiring the Teritoria Customer to provide their credit card number and expiration date. Any fraudulent use of the Customer’s credit card falls under the contractual provisions agreed between the Customer and the issuing bank.
Premium Membership is effective upon sending the Teritoria Customer a confirmation email of enrollment in Premium benefits. The Teritoria Customer can enjoy the benefits indicated in Article 5 below before the expiration of the withdrawal period mentioned in Article 8 below.
4. Collect and Use of Credits
4.1 Collect of Crédits
The Teritoria Loyalty Program allows any Teritoria Customer to collect Credits corresponding to 3% of the gross amount paid by the customer to the Establishment in exchange for the provision of accommodation and/or catering services by the relevant Establishment.
Contrary to the above, during the first use of the Loyalty Identifier by the Teritoria Customer, and to cover the costs related to the issuance of the Loyalty Identifier, the collected Credits will correspond to 2% of the gross amount paid to the Establishment in exchange for the provision of accommodation and/or catering services by the relevant Establishment.
Credits are collected by the Teritoria Customer, during the payment to the Establishment for accommodation and/or catering services, by presenting their Loyalty Identifier, which must be scanned by the Establishment’s staff. In case the Credits could not be assigned on-site and are requested by the customer after their departure from the establishment, the request must remain occasional and must be made within a maximum period of one (1) month after the date of the stay or meal; moreover, no catch-up request will be accepted without the presentation of the relevant invoice provided by the customer.
Only accommodation and catering services provided by Establishments that are members of the Teritoria Network entitle the Teritoria Customer to Credits, excluding any other service (including spa, wellness treatments, visits, excursions, or any other service offered by the Establishment and provided by a third-party provider).
Accommodation and catering services provided by Establishments that are members of the Teritoria Network as part of gift vouchers or in exchange for payment by gift vouchers do not entitle the Teritoria Customer to Credits.
The Romantik Hotels partner does not participate in the Teritoria Loyalty Program; no credit can be collected or used in any of the Romantik Hotels establishments or any other partner.
The total amount of Credits that the Teritoria Customer can collect is limited to €250. Beyond this amount, the Teritoria Customer cannot benefit from additional Credits when paying for accommodation and/or catering services provided by Establishments that are members of the Teritoria Network. An alert email will be automatically sent to the Teritoria Customer as soon as the amount of collected Credits reaches the threshold of €200, inviting them to use their Credits and informing them that they cannot collect Credits beyond €250.
The Teritoria Customer can consult the details of the Credits they have collected at any time by accessing the statement on the “Loyalty” section accessible through their Customer Account (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer Account“)
4.2 Use of Crédits
The collected Credits can be used by the Teritoria Customer to “pay” all or part of the accommodation and/or catering services provided by any Establishment that is a member of the Teritoria Network, excluding any other service or product.
Credits can only be used for the payment of accommodation and/or catering services, reserved directly with the concerned Establishment, either through its website or by phone.
Credits are “debited” from the Customer’s Account of the Teritoria Customer by presenting their Loyalty Identifier, which must be scanned by the Establishment’s staff.
Credits can only be used by the Teritoria Customer who collected them and cannot be used by a third party.
Credits cannot, in any way, be subject to a refund or any cash payment.
4.3 Validity Period of Credits
The Credits collected by the Teritoria Customer can be used by them for a period of 12 months from the date they are generated, this period being extended by 12 months with each new transaction (collection or expenditure of Credits). The credit extension is only possible in this case; no further extension will be made. Beyond 12 months without a transaction, the credits will be permanently lost.
4.4 Monitoring the Use of Credits
The Teritoria Customer can track at any time the amount of Credits they have used through their Customer Account.
The Teritoria Customer who wishes to contest the amount of Credits collected or debited as indicated on their Customer Account must notify TERITORIA VOYAGES of their request during the month concerned by the event generating the collection or debit of the relevant Credits.
Any dispute between a Teritoria Customer and an Establishment regarding the number of Credits awarded and/or used will be settled by TERITORIA VOYAGES based on the invoice related to the accommodation and/or catering services concerned. The Teritoria Customer already agrees to submit to TERITORIA VOYAGES’ decision in this regard
5. Premium Benefits
The Premium Membership allows the Teritoria Customer to collect and use, under the conditions described in Article 3 above, Credits corresponding to:
- 5% of the total amount paid by the Customer to the Establishment in exchange for the provision of accommodation and/or catering services provided by the concerned Establishment.
- 10% of the total amount paid by the Customer to the Establishment in exchange for the provision of accommodation and/or catering services provided by the Establishment when the Establishment has been part of the Teritoria Network for less than 3 months on the date of Credit collection.
By way of exception to the above, during the first use of the Fidelity Identifier by the Teritoria Customer, and in order to cover the costs related to the issuance of the Fidelity Identifier, the collected Credits will correspond to:
- 4% of the total amount paid by the Customer to the Establishment in exchange for the provision of accommodation and/or catering services provided by the Establishment.
- 9% of the total amount paid by the Customer to the Establishment in exchange for the provision of accommodation and/or catering services provided by the Establishment when the Establishment has been part of the Teritoria Network for less than 3 months on the date of Credit collection.
The Premium Membership also allows Teritoria customers to benefit from the following advantages throughout the duration of their membership:
- A subscription to the Teritoria lifestyle magazine, “Le Mag” (2 issues per year).
- The opportunity to participate in the selection of establishments applying for integration into the Teritoria Network.
- Priority invitations and preferential rates for exclusive events organized as part of the Teritoria Network’s activities (Annual Teritoria Convention, dinners & experiential stays, tastings, etc.).
6. Community Space
Teritoria Customers have the opportunity to use the Community Space by activating their access from their customer account.
The Community Space allows Teritoria Customers to access various services, including:
- “News Feed” allowing Teritoria Customers to share their experiences related to the Teritoria Network.
- “Events” allowing them to know the events offered by TERITORIA VOYAGES and participate, either for free or in return for remuneration determined on a case-by-case basis.
- “Forum” allowing Teritoria Customers and TERITORIA VOYAGES to communicate.
- “Groups” allowing Teritoria Customers to join communities of Teritoria Customers with similar interests.
The conditions of access and use of the Community Space are specified in the General Terms of Use of the Community Space, accessible notably when the Teritoria Customer creates his profile.
7. Duration of Advantages related to the Teritoria Loyalty Program
The Teritoria Customer benefits from the Teritoria Loyalty Program for the entire duration in which he remains the holder of his Customer Account.
In the case of Premium Membership, the Teritoria Customer enjoys the benefits indicated in Article 5 from the day of the subscription made in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 above.
Premium Membership is subscribed for a duration of 12 months from this date.
Premium Membership will be renewed upon expiry, by tacit renewal for successive periods of 12 months, unless terminated by the Teritoria Customer no later than 1 month before the expiry date, made on his customer space.
The Teritoria Customer benefits from the provisions of the Consumer Code which provide as follows:
Article L. 215-1 of the French Consumer Code:
“For fixed-term service contracts with an automatic renewal clause, the service provider professional informs the consumer in writing, by dedicated letter or email, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the end of the period allowing the rejection of the renewal, of the possibility of not renewing the contract he has concluded with an automatic renewal clause. This information, provided in clear and understandable terms, mentions, in an apparent box, the deadline for non-renewal. When this information has not been sent to him in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph, the consumer can terminate the contract free of charge at any time from the date of renewal. Advances made after the last renewal date or, for indefinite contracts, after the date of transformation of the initial fixed-term contract, are refunded in this case within thirty days from the date of termination, minus the sums corresponding, until then, to the performance of the contract. The provisions of this article apply without prejudice to those which legally submit certain contracts to specific rules regarding consumer information.”
Article L. 215-3 of the French Consumer Code:
“The provisions of this chapter also apply to contracts concluded between professionals and non-professionals.“
Article L. 241-3 of the French Consumer Code:
“When the professional has not proceeded with the reimbursement in the conditions provided for in Article L. 215-1, the sums due are productive of interest at the legal rate.”
The premium membership fee will be paid by direct debit made by TERITORIA VOYAGES from the credit card provided by the Teritoria Customer during his initial Premium Membership. In case of termination by the Teritoria Customer of his Premium Membership, the latter will continue to benefit from the Classic Membership unless he expresses a desire to no longer benefit from it.
7.1 Termination at the Initiative of TERITORIA VOYAGES
TERITORIA VOYAGES reserves the right to terminate the Teritoria Loyalty Program and to terminate any Premium Membership in the event of the Teritoria Customer’s use of the Fidelity Identifier not complying with the provisions of these General Terms of Use. Such termination will, if applicable, be communicated to the Teritoria Customer by email and will be effective 8 days after such notification.
7.2 Consequences of the Termination of the Teritoria Loyalty Program
In the event of the termination of the membership in the Teritoria Loyalty Program for any reason whatsoever, the Teritoria Customer can no longer collect new Credits. Unused Credits on the day of the termination of the Teritoria Loyalty Program membership will be permanently lost and cannot be subject to any compensation in any form.
8. Right of Withdrawal in the Case of Premium Membership
In accordance with current regulations, the Teritoria Customer has a right of withdrawal for a period of 14 days from the date of their Premium Membership.
The Teritoria Customer can exercise their right of withdrawal before the expiration of the aforementioned period by clicking on the withdrawal link accessible from their Customer Account or by sending the form attached to these General Terms of Use to TERITORIA at the following address:

By exercising their right of withdrawal, the Teritoria Customer loses all benefits (including Credits) that could have been acquired during the period from the start of Premium Membership to the date of withdrawal. The refund of the amounts due is made no later than within 14 days.
9. Personal Data
In the context of joining the Teritoria Loyalty Program and for its implementation, TERITORIA is required to collect personal data concerning the Teritoria Customer.

9.1 Data Processing Controllers
The data directly or indirectly collected in the context of joining and implementing the Teritoria Loyalty Program are processed by one and/or the other of the following legal entities:
- TERITORIA, a public limited company with a capital of €100,000, whose registered office is Bords de Seine 1 – 3, Esplanade du Foncet – 92441 Issy-les-Moulineaux cedex, registered under number B 382 256 857 RCS Nanterre;
- TERITORIA VOYAGES, a limited liability company, with a capital of €257,700, whose registered office is Bords de Seine 1 – 3, Esplanade du Foncet – 92441 Issy-les-Moulineaux cedex, registered under number 422 044 693 RCS Nanterre.
9.2 Rights of the Teritoria Customer
The Teritoria Customer has the rights indicated below regarding the personal data collected in the context of joining the Teritoria Loyalty Program.
The exercise of these rights is free, except in the case of unjustified or excessive requests. If necessary, TERITORIA will charge reasonable fees based on the administrative management costs incurred to respond to the requests of the Teritoria Customer.
Right of access, modification, and deletion The Teritoria Customer can access their data, modify them, or modify their communication preferences:
- by sending an email to the address: aide@teritoria.com;
- by writing to: TERITORIA, Loyalty Service, Bords de Seine 1 – 3, Esplanade du Foncet – 92441 Issy-les-Moulineaux cedex.
Right to object
The Teritoria Customer can also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of their data by writing to the above address.
Right to portability
In the aforementioned cases, the Teritoria Customer can request the transmission of their data, directly into their hands or into those of another provider designated by them.
Right to lodge a complaint
The Teritoria Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL if they believe that the use of their personal data does not comply with data protection regulations or if they have reason to believe that their personal information has been used in a way that is not in accordance with the law.
10. Complaints
In the event of a disagreement between an Establishment and the Teritoria Customer regarding the collection or use of Credits, or if the Teritoria Customer disputes an error in this regard, it is the responsibility of the Teritoria Customer to file a complaint with TERITORIA within a maximum period of one month from the date of the event giving rise to the complaint. This can be done through their Customer Account or by contacting Customer Service – Teritoria, Bord de Seine 1 | 3 Esplanade du Foncet – 92441 ISSY LES MOULINEAUX CEDEX – France, either by email at aide@teritoria.com or by phone at 01 78 94 78 39 (non-premium rate number, cost of a local call) from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
11. Disputes
These General Terms of Use are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Parties undertake, before any legal action, to seek together, in good faith, an amicable solution. Therefore, any complaint must first be submitted in writing to TERITORIA VOYAGES at the following address: Teritoria, Loyalty Service, Bords de Seine 1 – 3, Esplanade du Foncet – 92441 Issy-les-Moulineaux cedex.
The Teritoria Customer is informed that they can also submit a complaint to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at the following URL: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/
In the event that no agreement could be reached following their attempt at amicable dispute resolution, the most diligent party may, at no cost, contact the services of the Tourism and Travel Mediation, BP 80 303 – 75823 Paris Cedex 17 www.mtv.travel.
If no amicable agreement could be reached, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court.
